Department of Planning and Project Control

In the name of God

Despite numerous obstacles and problems, by ongoing efforts of planning and project control department of Sangan site with the aim of setting up a website associated with projects of Azaran Industrial Structures corporation in khaf-Sangan iron ore mining complex, now this goal is fulfilled.

This department believes that there is a way to aggregate data of project and share online through virtual environment to obtain convenience access for associated teams like Employer, Adviser and all departments of Azaran Industrial Structures corporation at any time and any place..

Long-term goals:

1 - remove or shorten the time for many activities and communication between the enterprise

2 - A comprehensive classification of project data, available for a wider range of people in any time and place.

3 - Sharing a database of information related to different parts of the project in other places.

4 - Implementation of new methods of planning and project management.

Our services in the first phase of the project is as follows::

1- visual reports via Picture Galleries

2- Sharing detailed and complete news of the worksite

3- Uploading and sharing project files with different access levels

Some of our goals in the upcoming plan is as follows::

1 - Following the latest supply status of orders (via web-based database)

2 - Sharing the information of machinery for Coordinating with the Office.

3 - Implementation of the updated web-based database related to staffing.

4 - sharing status statements of contractors with office, and the last project status with Employer and Adviser with different access levels.

5 - Sharing the database of all correspondences with different access levels

6- Access to all the minutes of the meetings with the ability to track users commenting

7 - sharing communication channels with all personnel comprehensively

8 - Online notification of personnel on site to be used by project partners

And many other projects that can not be mentioned in this section .

We ask all of colleagues to provide comments to assist us providing better and more services.

Finally we should appreciate the unwavering and constant support of respectable project manager, Mr. Ghalichi and respectable manager of planning and project control department of Azaran company and my friend and colleague, Mr. Alireza Akbari..

We hope that this new idea improve quality and save money and time of the project.
